• Find out exactly what the clients needs are
• Discuss several options with the client which will satisfy these needs
• Build a mockup of the proposed solution for client approval
• After approval, create complete version of the project
• Present finished product to the client for acceptance approval
• Make any neccessary revisions to the project to meet acceptance requirements

We find that with so much interaction with the client, and so many checkpoints along the way, that our clients are always happy with their finished product.
